Office hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Central Africa Time, UTC+2). WhatsApp messages sent outside those hours are answered the next working morning.

Where we work

We are based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, and work as a service area studio rather than a walk in office. We serve clients across Zimbabwe, and take on work in Zambia, Botswana and Namibia. Remote work further afield is welcome.

Meetings in Bulawayo can be arranged at a place that suits you. Everything else we handle by WhatsApp, email or video call.

What to include in your message

You will get a faster and more useful reply if you tell us:

  • The name of your organisation and what it does
  • Where you are based
  • What you are trying to achieve, or what is frustrating you
  • Any links you already have, such as a Facebook page or website

You do not need to know what service you want. That is our job to work out.

Working with us

First contact is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We look at what you have, tell you where the biggest gap is, and quote only for the work that will move the needle. If you would rather start small and see results before committing to more, that is usually what we recommend anyway.
